- Grassy front and back yards on large 50' x 90' lot, safe for kids (Limit 2 car parking)
- Two bedrooms have 1 double bed each, 3 rd bedroom has pull-out couch (blankets supplied; bring your own sheets, pillowcases). Sleeps 6
- One 4 piece bathroom
- Living room has two couches (one pull-out) plus easy chair, cable TV, overhead fan
- Located at 13 Linament Lane, at bottom of 17th St, at Beach Area 3
- Age limit for rentals - 26 and over.

Summer Prices
June $750/week
July & August $1100/week
September $650/week
(Discounts available for multiple week rentals)
Prices based on 6 person cottage occupancy; additional persons add $50/person / week

(Reservation confirmed upon receipt of $500 cleaning/damage/key deposit, payable by cash, certified cheque or money order, returnable at time of move out)
Kitchen is equipped with dishes, cutlery, toaster, microwave, coffee pot, tea kettle, fridge, stove - kitchen back door walks out to deck with deck chairs, access to clothesline & backyard

BUNKIE in back yard - rental
fee $100 per week - suitable
for 2 persons (see side photos)

to cottage renters
Back yard has bunkie, picnic table, propane barbeque.
Bunkie has one double plus one single bed; Sleeps two.
